i Automated Renewals
This can be used in conjunction with PayPal, and will only function if you have PayPal enabled. Renewal emails (the file used for this: auto_email_reminder.php) are automatically sent out to each member the number of days you specify below before the renewal is due.

Special NOTE: If your members area (admin and members area combined) does not receive at least one hit to the login pages per day then you should add the following html to your homepage:

This will ensure the automated renewal system is checked each day. Renewals will be sent only once per day, and the script must run each day to ensure all required renewal emails are sent out to any due on that day.

If this is the first time you are enabling Automated Renewals and you already have existing members then you MUST BACKUP your database BEFORE enabling. Expired accounts will automatically be deleted! Click here to update ALL members expire date to one month from today

Enabled:
When enabled automated renewal emails are sent, expired accounts are automatically deleted, and a renewal link appears on the footer of the members area pages when logged in (if the account will expire within days specified below)

Automatically email members days:before renewal is due.
(Should be set to any number of days from 1 to 90 days)
